OVERNIGHT STAYS

Le Sorelle Inn accommodates a max of 10 guests
Check-In: 3PM
Check-Out: 12PM

Weekends (Fri/Sat) - Two Night Minimum
$600 / night + tax
Cleaning Fee: $185

Week Nights (Sun-Thurs)
​$500 / night +tax
Cleaning Fee: $185

DAY USE
Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Engagement Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversary Parties, Retirement Parties, small Business Events, and More!

$100/hour, with 1 hour complimentary setup/cleanup time (30 minutes on each end) or $400 for the day.
Cleaning Fee:  $100

Note: Day use excludes use the 2nd floor, with the exception of the main upstairs restroom.

Policies & House Rules:

Guarantee Policy:

At time of booking, a 25% booking retainer will be submitted by guest (equal to 25% of the total lodging invoice). Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, which will include sales & lodging tax and a one time cleaning fee. By submitting the retainer and final payment, the guest agrees to the cancellation policy and the following terms:
1) The lease signer is at least 25 years old.
2) Indemnification: Guest and all members of the guest's party agree to indemnify the home owners, and Le Sorelle Inn, free and harmless of any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with rental of the premises, including but not limited to: any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by guest or any guest invitee.
3) Guest will be responsible for any damage or loss to Le Sorelle Inn. *A refundable $300 damage deposit is due upon check-in.* This is a separate payment from the lodging retainer/fees. If no damages/loss are incurred, the deposit will be refunded to Client within 30 days. If damages/loss exceed the $300, the Client will be billed by Le Sorelle Inn. Client agrees to pay any additional balance within 30 days. 
​4) The guests agree to abide by the house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

A $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation. The balance of the retainer will be returned, providing the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to check-in date. If you cancel within 30 days of the reservation, the full retainer will be forfeited.
